Five minute Banana Ice Cream is the perfect summer treat or delicious snack. I don’t even really like bananas that much but somehow frozen and blended up it’s like a taste explosion in your mouth. Super yummy! This recipe is perfect for anyone with food allergies and kids love it. My kiddos love to help me make this and create different flavours by experimenting with a variety of frozen fruits. I love to pair this with my stewed rhubarb for a unique summer treat.
